Examples of DB Contractor in a sentence

  • DB Contractor and, if applicable, each of its members is duly qualified to do business, and is in good standing, in the State of Texas as of the Effective Date, and will remain in good standing throughout the term of the Design-Build Contract and for as long thereafter as any obligations remain outstanding under the Contract Documents.
