The classification category title being: Broadspectrum Electrical Services Employee - BESE Employees will be classified into one of the following classification levels, which is compatible to the Company’s needs provided the employee has the appropriate qualifications. Notwithstanding anything else contained within this Agreement employees will be required to carry out such duties as are within the limits of the employee’s skill, competence and training, including work that is incidental or peripheral to the employee’s main function.
