Character of Exhibit. Exhibitor recognizes and acknowledges the unique reputation of the Fair in the community. The Fair is dedicated to the production and presentation of wholesome, family entertainment. Exhibitor shall not exhibit, sell, or display any product or good contrary to that described in the Agreement. Exhibitor shall not exhibit, sell or display weapons such as Chinese stars, guns, knives, etc., or nuisance items such as laser pointers, pepper spray, stink bombs, etc. No roving concessions or exhibits are permitted, and no agent, employee, volunteer, or other representative of Exhibitor shall be permitted to roam about the Fairgrounds as part of the exhibit or concession. Other prohibited exhibits include the sale of permanent tattoos, body piercing, pornographic materials, selfie-sticks, and hover- boards. The sale and/or exhibit of any live animal must be approved by the Fair.

Character of Exhibit. 31. The IACP reserves the right to decline an exhibitor permission to conduct, maintain and exhibit if, in the sole judgment of the IACP Show Management, said exhibitor shall in any respect be deemed unsuitable or offensive to other individuals. This reservation includes, but is not limited to, personal attire and conduct, articles of merchandise, printed matter, souvenirs, catalogs, and any other items, without limitation, which affect the character of the Exhibition or the IACP. Character of Exhibit. The IAFC reserves the right to decline an exhibitor permission to conduct, maintain and exhibit if, in the sole judgment of the IAFC Show Management, said exhibitor shall in any respect be deemed unsuitable or offensive to other individuals. This reservation includes, but is not limited to, personnel attire and conduct, articles of merchandise, printed matter, souvenirs, catalogs, and any other items, without limitation, which affect the character of the Exhibition or the IAFC. Any Exhibitor, who, in the opinion of the IAFC show management, conducts themselves unethically, will be subject to ejection from the conference and/or forfeit the right to exhibit in subsequent years. No disruption of the conference or any exhibitor’s right to conduct business will be tolerated.
Character of Exhibit. AAH reserves the right to prohibit the display of any article that, in its sole discretion, is not in keeping with the nature and character of the event. To ensure the safety of all participants, fire regulations, health and all other applicable ordinances must be strictly observed. Merchants must be in compliance with all city, and country health code provisions.
Character of Exhibit. It is understood and agreed by each Exhibitor that the Build & Remodel Expo (hereinafter “EXPO”) is sponsored and produced by the Madison Chapter of the National Association of Remodeling Industry and Madison Area Builders Association (hereinafter “NARI of Madison and MABA”) for the purpose of promoting professionalism, education and ethics within the building and remodeling industry throughout our community. To this end, each Exhibitor agrees as follows: • To exhibit only products or services of their own manufacture business concern, comprising materials, equipment, apparatus, systems, services, and other component products pertinent to the remodeling industry; • To display such products or services in a manner that is intended to describe and depict the advantages of using such products or services; • That because there is the possibility for many companies exhibiting similar or related products and services, NARI of Madison and MABA cannot guarantee that companies exhibiting similar products (including an exhibitor's competitor(s) will not be located in a nearby or adjoining booth space; and • That this Agreement is binding upon issuance of the confirmation and invoice. NARI of Madison and MABA reserves the right: • To prohibit any exhibit or part thereof which, in its sole opinion, violates the agreement described herein or is in any other way not suitable to and in keeping with the character and spirit of the EXPO; • To close an exhibit which is found to be in violation of the agreement described herein during the course of the EXPO; • To refuse to permit an Exhibitor who violates this agreement to exhibit in one or more future shows by reason thereof; and • To change the floor plan (including, but not limited to, aisle spaces), without notice, in order to comply with fire safety and accessibility regulations or to provide, in their exclusive judgment, a safer, more satisfactory, attractive and successful EXPO. NARI of Xxxxxxx and XXXX have absolute discretion to exercise these rights. Payment of Space & Cancellation Policy The Exhibitor specifically recognizes and acknowledges that NARI of Madison and XXXX will be harmed if the Exhibitor cancels its exhibit space after it has been assigned and confirmed by NARI of Madison and XXXX. Any prospective exhibitor leasing space who fails to make the payment required by this agreement or who cancels such space after November 1, 2022, shall forfeit all moneys paid and all rights in and to the use of the cont...

Character of Exhibit. HIUG reserves the right to judge the appropriateness of any exhibit and to decline to permit an exhibitor to conduct or maintain an exhibit if, in the judgment of the management, said exhibitor or exhibit or proposed exhibit shall, in any respect, be deemed unsuitable. This agreement relates to persons, conduct, articles or merchandise, printed matter, souvenirs or catalogs without limitation, which might negatively affect the character of the exposition. In the event that HIUG shall determine that the conduct of any agents, or servants, is not in keeping with the character of the exposition, the management may, at any time, without notice, terminate the contract for space entered into with said exhibit and, with or without process of law, remove exhibitor, its employees, agents, servants, and all of the property of the exhibitor from the space contracted for and from the exposition. No exhibitor shall have any right or claim against HIUG on account of any action so taken. The determination of the management as to the suitability of any exhibitor, exhibit, or proposed exhibit or as to whether the conduct of any person is in keeping with the character of the exposition shall, in each instance, be final. Further, the exhibitor agrees that it will not demonstrate products at this exposition that HIUG reasonably determines to be competitive with products of HIUG. If the exhibitor demonstrates competitive products, the exhibitor, its employees, agents, and servants may be removed from, or refused admittance to the event. If admittance is refused or if Exhibitor is removed, Exhibitor will remain liable for the cancellation penalty.
