Floor Plan. The floor plan and specifications for Lessee’s occupancy shall be attached hereto and marked Exhibit “A” which shall be approved by both Lessor and Lessee, both of whose approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Floor Plan. Effective as of the Effective Date, the floor plan of the Subleased Premises shall be as set forth in Exhibit BFourth Amended attached hereto, which replaces in its entirety Exhibit B – Third Amended attached to the Third Amendment, and for all purposes of the Sublease, the Subleased Premises, as so depicted on Exhibit B – Fourth Amended, shall be the Subleased Premises under the Sublease.
Floor Plan. All dimensions and locations on the official floor plan are believed, but not warranted, to be accurate. MVP Education reserves the right to make modifications that may be necessary to meet the needs of the Event. MVP Education has the absolute right to allocate and assign space among exhibitors and to relocate exhibitors after initial assignment if circumstances warrant at its sole discretion.

Floor Plan. The Renter must submit the event set-up floor plan at least 15 days prior to the event for approval by The Marianna Event Coordinator. The Renter is strongly encouraged to meet at The Marianna at least four weeks in advance of their event for a walk-through with all involved parties to create a final floor plan. The Renter must contact the Event Coordinator to arrange the date and time for their vendor meeting at least one week in advance to ensure the building is open and available at that time.
