Competitive Products definition

Competitive Products shall include any product or service that directly or indirectly competes with, is substantially similar to, or serves as a reasonable substitute for, any product or service in research, development or design, or manufactured, produced, sold or distributed by the Company;
Competitive Products means any product, product line or service (including any component thereof or research to develop information useful in connection with a product or service) that is being designed, developed, manufactured, marketed, or sold by the Company, or with respect to which the Company has acquired Confidential Information which it intends to use in the design, development, manufacture, marketing, or sale of a product or service.
Competitive Products means products that serve the same function as, or that could be used to replace, products the Company provided to, offered to, or was in the process of developing for a present, former, or future possible customer/partner at any time during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the last day of Participant's employment (or at any time during Participant's employment if Participant was employed for less than 12 months), with which Participant had direct responsibility for the sale or development of such products or managing those persons responsible for the sale or development of such products.

Examples of Competitive Products in a sentence

  • For a period of eighteen (18) months after I cease to be employed by employer for any reason other than termination due to a layoff or work force reduction, I will not directly or indirectly, within the Restricted Area, become employed by, work for, or otherwise provide services to, any Competitor in any capacity that relates to the design, development, manufacture, assembly, distribution, marketing or sale of Competitive Products.

  • If the Executive is otherwise in compliance with all obligations to the Company, the Company’s consent will not be unreasonably withheld so long as the Competitor’s existing or future Conflicting Business Activities do not involve Competitive Products, and there are no other special circumstances why the Company would not want the Executive working for a particular Competitor.


More Definitions of Competitive Products

Competitive Products means all Beverages which are not Products.
Competitive Products means any product or service offered by the Company in the Territory or any product or service that directly or indirectly competes with or is substantially similar to such product or service. For illustrative purposes, these products may include insulation distribution and installation.
