Printed Matter. Licensee is prohibited from producing and distributing his own literature, or from any action that would give the impression directly or indirectly, to others that Product and/or the "Marks" are the property of Licensee.

In references to the venue in advertisements, brochures, catalogues, on signs, in indications of the Olma halls, etc., the official logo with the publisher's xxxx of CongressEvents must be used. The logo and the publisher's xxxx are available from Olma Messen St.Gallen. Their placing on the printed matter shall be arranged with Olma Messen St.Gallen before the print job.
Printed Matter. Neither the Investment Adviser nor the Bank shall publish or circulate any printed matter which contains any reference to the other party without such party's prior written approval. The Fund or the Investment Adviser may circulate such printed matter as refers in accurate terms to the Bank's appointment hereunder provided that the Bank is given a copy of such material prior to its first use.

Additional copies of printed materials may be obtained from Genii at the charges then in effect.

Printed Matter. ALOM follows the industry standard of no underruns but up to 10% overruns on printed matters. ALOM reserves the right to invoice Customer for overruns. For printed matters procured by ALOM for Customer, Customer has the option of being present for a press check, as well as receiving blueline and color proofs. The checkpoints may increase cost and delay production, and Customer can decide to waive these checkpoints. XXXX is not responsible for errors if Customer has delegated proof procedures to ALOM, Customer has reviewed and approved (in writing) the content of the relevant proof, and the work is printed per Customer’s written approval. Press proofs will be charged to Customer at current rates and will not be provided as part of the quotation, unless specifically mentioned therein.
