Booth Space. Booth assignments generally are given on a first come, first served basis, after Elite exhibitors are placed. The Foundation will make an effort to keep competing exhibitors away from each other. Notwithstanding the foregoing, The Foundation, in its sole discretion, shall determine the location of Exhibitor's booth space. • The Foundation, in its sole discretion, may relocate Exhibitor's booth space at any time. • Exhibits shall be arranged so as not to obstruct the general view or hide exhibits of others. • Booth space shall be staffed by at least one representative of Exhibitor during the entire event. • The Foundation shall provide Exhibitor with use of one exhibitor identification sign; one table; one draped, pleated skirt on three sides; and two chairs. • The Foundation shall not be responsible for shipping materials to and from the event; storing materials before, during, or after the event; providing internet access; or providing electrical cords, outlets, or service. The same shall be the sole responsibility of, and at the sole cost to, Exhibitor.
Booth Space. Vendor booth space will be assigned by Company. All booth space assignments are at the sole discretion of Company. Vendor agrees that there will be no tear down prior to the load out times provided in this Agreement. Vendor shall return the booth space to Company in same condition as it was received. Vendor will be responsible for keeping its booth space and surrounding area clean and free of trash. Vendor is only permitted to vend, sell, and promote out of allotted vendor space provided. If a vendor is found to be sharing booth space with another vendor, the additional vendor(s) will be charged the full booth fee, and risk both parties' expulsion from the festival. Company reserves the right to deny the sale of any offensive or controversial items at the sole discretion of the Company at any point during the Event. Failure of Vendor to comply risks expulsion from the Event.
Booth Space a. In consideration of payment in full, Dayton Hamvention® will provide and assign to the Inside Exhibitor a display area of booth space(s). Each booth space will be equipped with one eight-foot table, two chairs, and 600 ▇▇▇▇▇ of 120 volt 60 hertz electrical service.
Booth Space. That in consideration of $70-100 per space, the Dayton Hamvention® 2019 will provide and assign to the VENDOR a vending area of Flea Market spaces as agreed via the online registration system. Additionally, if a space is selected, which is considered a “Premium Space”, additional fees may be incurred.
Booth Space. The MEET DIRECTOR shall provide, at no cost to the CORPORATION, a booth or other appropriate space and facilities through which the CORPORATION and/or the CORPORATION’S sponsors may sell merchandise at the Event. Booth space shall be inside the competition venue, if possible.
Booth Space. A. Identify the booth location desired.
B. Each booth space will have access to an 110v outlet and water. Power and water may not be available in VENDOR’s designated booth or directly behind it. It is advised that VENDOR brings a minimum of one 14-gauge 50ft extension cord and hose. The FAIR BOARD will provide VENDOR water at no additional charge.
C. For booths located outside, vendors must provide their own structures.
D. Circle the amount of electrical power needed to operate VENDOR’s booth: Standard 220 amp = $50.00 Additional 50 amp= $50.00
E. Provide the length and width of VENDOR’s booth in feet.
F. Attach a photograph of VENDOR’s booth.

Booth Space. Vendor booth space will be assigned and priority given upon receipt of payment and agreement. All booth space assignments are at the sole discretion of Live Nation. Vendor agrees that there will be no tear down prior to the load out times provided in this Agreement. Vendor shall return the booth space to Live Nation in the same condition as it was received. Vendor will be responsible for keeping the booth space and surrounding space clean and free of trash.

B. Power and water may not be available in VENDOR’s designated booth or directly behind it. It is advised that each VENDOR bring a minimum of one 14 gauge 50ft extension cord. For Pavilion or Agricultural Building spaces, indicate VENDOR’s 1st and 2nd choices based on the maps below.
Booth Space. The Event will be indoors and/or outdoors at MakeICT. 2b. The booth size will be up to the Vendor to choose on the form itself when they register. The outdoor booths are 10x10 because of tent sizes, but indoor can only be 8x8 for inside a room and 4x8 when in the hallway, both due to size constrictions and what can fit while being in adherence to the building's fire code. The 4x8 hallway tables have to be pushed up against the wall but 8x8 room tables don't.
Booth Space. Show Management will use reasonable efforts to accommodate booth location requests as noted on this Agreement; however exhibit location requests are not guaranteed. Show Management shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to change or cancel Exhibitor’s space assignment after the acceptance of this agreement if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the show or deemed to be necessary by Show Management. In the event Show Management elects to exercise its right to change Exhibitor’s space, Exhibitors will be notified of such change or cancellation. Show Management will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any reassignment will be to an exhibit space which is of the same general style and size as Exhibitor’s original space. If a reduction in space to Exhibitor’s exhibit space is, in the opinion of the Show Management, deemed necessary, Exhibitor will be reimbursed on a pro-rated basis. All terms of the contract, including cancellation policy, remain in effect upon such movement of exhibit location by Show Management.
