Component Products definition

Component Products means the E4 Component Product and, when fully developed and available for commercial sale hereunder, the [***].
Component Products means Wintegra Product(s) or TI Product(s), as applicable.

More Definitions of Component Products

Component Products means Products which are incorporated in, or a component of, another item or device.
Component Products means Chip Sets (including subsequent follow-on proprietary integrated circuits) subassemblies, and such other components as are compatible with ASTRO(R) Products, including by way of example and not limitation, measuring and testing equipment, tools and jigs.
Component Products shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.
Component Products means with respect to any Initial Glucose Monitoring Product and Improved Glucose Monitoring Product, such products, parts or replacement components capable of sale or sold individually to consumers and including the Glucopad and the sensors described in Exhibit A.

Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Existing Products Tangible Products and intangible licensed Products which exist prior to the commencement of work under the Contract. Contractor retains the burden of proving that a particular product was existing before commencement of the Project. .

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Finished Products means the fully assembled and shrink-wrapped Licensed Products, each including a Game Cartridge, Game Cartridge label and Printed Materials.

  • Third Party Components means software and interfaces, licensed by RIM from a third party for incorporation into a RIM software product, or for incorporation into firmware in the case of RIM hardware products, and distributed as an integral part of that RIM product under a RIM brand, but shall not include Third Party Software.

  • Existing Product means any formulation of the same product category and form sold, supplied, manufactured, or offered for sale in California prior to the following dates, or any subsequently introduced identical formulation:

If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Mercury-added product means a product or product component that contains mercury or a mercury compound that was intentionally added;

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Manufacturing site means the facilities where a Compound is Manufactured by or on behalf of a Party, as such Manufacturing Site may change from time to time in accordance with Section 8.7.
