Care of Rooms. Students are required to file a Room Condition Report (RCR), provided by the Student’s Community Assistant, with the Office of Residence Life upon occupancy of such room. Students shall maintain the Unit and adjacent facilities in a clean, sanitary, and non-hazardous condition throughout the Term and return those areas to the College in the same condition as received, reasonable wear and tear expected. In the event the Student fails to return the Unit and adjacent facilities (i.e. conjoining or connected bathrooms) in the condition provided for herein, then Student shall pay to College on demand the reasonable cost for repairing such damages. The cost of repairing the damages to adjacent facilities may be assessed proportionately among all students residing in a residential facility or portion thereof, when appropriate. The College will charge Student for the cost to repair such damage.

The Student agrees not to paint or otherwise alter the condition of the premises or furnishings of the assigned space or public areas of the residential facilities. In the event the Student fails to return the Unit and adjacent facilities (i.e. conjoining or connected bathrooms) in the condition provided for herein, then Student shall owe to College the cost for repairing such damages, assessed to the student xxxx. Assigned areas in rooms and suites include the specific bedroom and all shared space. Residents are also subject to common area damage billing (hallways, laundry rooms, restrooms, stairwells, etc.) as assessed by the Resident Director. Lack of cleanliness and/or excessive damage is grounds for administrative removal from residence or reassignment to a different residence.
Care of Rooms it is the resident's responsibility for the maintenance of health and safety standards of their rooms. The housekeeping (custodial) staff cleans public areas such as bathrooms, stairwells, lounges and hallways and can provide such items as toilet paper. Failure to keep the room and bathroom area clean will result in damage charges and/or disciplinary action.

Upon acceptance of an on-campus assignment and confirmation of availability, I agree to assume my responsibilities and obligations. I realize that failure to act in accordance with those responsibilities and obligations, with College regulations, and with referenced Terms and Conditions may result in my being subject to one or more penalties authorized by the College and described in the Xxxxxxx College Student Handbook.   • CARE OF FACILITIES Resident shall always keep Resident’s room, suite and/or apartment in clean and orderly condition and shall refrain from damaging and disarranging lounges, lobbies, courtyards, and other public and joint use areas of on-campus housing. Charges may be assessed against Resident for damages to, unauthorized use of, or alterations to rooms, suites, apartments, furnishings, appliances, equipment, locks or buildings, and for special cleaning necessitated by improper care of rooms, furnishings, appliances, or equipment. Resident is jointly responsible with other users for the proper care and cleanliness of all public or joint use areas within residence facilities, including furniture, walls, doors, locks, equipment, and appliances, and for jointly controlled courtyards, grounds, walkways, appliances, furniture, and equipment within the residential community. Resident may be charged for damages Resident causes to joint use or joint access areas of the building where Resident's assigned room, suite or apartment is located.

  • Emergency Childcare Employees may use vacation leave for childcare emergencies after the employee has exhausted all of their accrued compensatory time. Use of vacation leave and sick leave for emergency childcare is limited to a combined maximum of four (4) days per calendar year.

  • CARE OF THE PREMISES The TENANT has examined the PREMISES, including (where applicable) the living quarters, all facilities, furniture and appliances, and is satisfied with its present physical condition. The TENANT agrees to maintain the PREMISES in as good condition as it is at the start of this Lease except for ordinary wear and tear. The TENANT must pay for all repairs, replacements and damages, whether or not caused by the act or neglect of the TENANT. The TENANT will remove all of the TENANT's property at the end of this Lease. Any property that is left becomes the property of the LANDLORD and may be thrown out. All of TENANT'S garbage will be disposed of properly by TENANT in the appropriate receptacles for garbage collection. Accumulations of garbage in and around the PREMISES, or depositing by TENANT or those residing with TENANT of garbage in areas not designated and designed as garbage receptacles shall constitute a violation of this lease. TENANT shall generally maintain the PREMISES in a neat and orderly condition. Damage or destruction by TENANT, TENANT's employees or TENANT's visitors of the PREMISES shall constitute a violation of this Lease.

  • Care of Equipment Equipment can only be used in a careful and proper manner and shall not be used in any way that is inconsistent with Owner’s instructions or manuals.

  • Childcare 8.1. One third credit shall be given where a teacher resigns or takes leave from the New Zealand teaching service in order to care for her/his own children provided that the teacher was a certificated teacher (or equivalent) at the time of resigning or taking leave, otherwise no credit will be given.

  • CARE OF THE PROPERTY If Lender requests, I will provide Lender with a certified report that the Property is free of wood-boring insects. I will comply with all of the reasonable recommendations of any engineer making a report for the Property. I will notify Lender promptly of any fire or other casualty relating to the Property or the Work.

  • Chiropractic Services This plan covers chiropractic visits up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits. The benefit limit applies to any visit for the purposes of chiropractic treatment or diagnosis.

  • Service Areas The MCP agrees to provide services to Aged, Blind or Disabled (ABD) members, Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) members, and Adult Extension members residing in the following service area(s): Central/Southeast Region ☐ Northeast Region ☐ West Region ☐ The ABD and MAGI categories of assistance are described in OAC rule 5160-26-02. The Adult Extension category is defined in Ohio’s Medicaid State Plan as authorized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The MCP shall serve all counties in any region they agree to serve.
