Campus Housing. For those students interested in campus-style housing, rooms are available in shared mountain homes with gourmet kitchens. Single rooms with both shared and private bathrooms can be booked through Park City Lodging. The Deer Valley Club also has several condos on campus with amenities including a gym, Jacuzzi, and access to biking and hiking trails, subject to availability. Please call (000) 000-0000 for more information. Field Trips From time to time, we may offer optional excursions and programs for an additional fee. One program we expect this season involves fishing with your friends and family, where you catch, clean, fillet and xxxx your own fish. Such requests will be considered on a case by case basis, and any exceptions made will be of a temporary nature. • Please note that once the Student has taken up residence in his or her appointed place of residence, the service provider will only consider requests for changes or exchanges if such a request is endorsed by a letter from the Institute, confirming that circumstances prevail at such Student's appointed housing which will reasonably hinder the Student's productivity if not curbed, but which arises outside the control of the service provider or the ambit of the Institute's authority. • At the end of each trimester, the Student will be required to vacate his or her place of residence, inclusive of readily portable belongings, for the duration of the recess and shall lodge his/her keys with the campus service provider with whom they have contracted for housing. • I...
Campus Housing. When a house on campus becomes available, it shall be assigned to a full-time Member who wishes to rent a campus house for his/her own use, based on seniority in years of service at Xxxxxx'x. Notwithstanding the above, should the University require one or more of the houses to be utilized for other purposes, the APBU may agree given adequate consultation. The rental charged for these houses shall be increased annually on July 1st by the same percentage as the increase given to the salary scale, up to a maximum of 3%. The Corporation shall maintain Campus houses in good habitable condition throughout the term of the lease. Notwithstanding the above criterion used to assign campus housing, the house located at 0 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, should it be brought back into operation, may be used by the University for the following purposes only: rental to faculty on a temporary basis, faculty office space, or academic research space. The houses located at 3 and 0 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx will be used for general University purposes. The house located at 0 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx is the Principal's residence. The house located at 0 XxxXxxxxx Xxxxx may be used for faculty office space until more permanent arrangements are made to solve academic space shortages on campus.

Campus Housing accommodations due to disabilities UofL will accept and consider requests for reasonable accommodation in University Campus Housing at any time. The individual making the request for accommodation should make the request and provide appropriate supporting documentation to the University of Louisville Disability Resource Center (DRC) before moving into Campus Housing, generally at or before the time of application for Campus Housing. The DRC has a Fall deadline of June 1st, Spring deadline is November 1st, and Summer deadline is April 1st (xxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/disability/students/housing- accommodations/) If the request for accommodation is made after the deadline provided, the University cannot guarantee that it will be able to meet the individual’s accommodation needs during the first semester of occupancy.
