Residential facilities definition

Residential facilities means the facilities governed by 201—Chapter 43.
Residential facilities means any detached single family dwelling or residence, duplex, or Multi-Family Complex designed for individual family living;
Residential facilities means a single family dwelling and multi-family dwelling units where members of the general public reside.

More Definitions of Residential facilities

Residential facilities means the the amenities and infrastructure that will be constructed by the Developer on the specified location (detailed in Schedule 2) through the execution of the specified tasks outlined in Schedule 2 and in accordance with the terms stipulated in the Contract;
