Examples of Cost To Repair in a sentence

  • If the Cost To Repair does not exceed thirty-five percent (35%) of the Appraised Value of the subject Mortgaged Property, provided no Event of Default is then in existence, Administrative Agent shall release so much of the insurance proceeds as may be required to pay for the actual Cost to Repair in accordance with and subject to the provisions of Section 5.06(e) below.

  • If the Cost To Repair does not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the Pool Value of the subject Mortgaged Property, provided no Event of Default is then in existence, Administrative Agent shall release so much of the insurance proceeds as may be required to pay for the actual Cost to Repair in accordance with and subject to the provisions of Section 5.06(e) below.

  • If the Cost To Repair does not exceed $100,000.00 and no Event of Default has occurred, Agent shall exercise its option to release so much of the insurance proceeds as may be required for Borrower to pay for the actual Cost to Repair in a commercially reasonable manner.

  • Reasonable attempt to repair means that one of the following has occurred within the term of an express warranty applicable to a new facilitative device or within one year after first delivery of a facilitative device to a consumer, whichever occurs earlier:

  • Repair means to restore to proper operating condition a tank, pipe, spill prevention equipment, overfill prevention equipment, corrosion protection equipment, release detection equipment or other UST system component that has caused a release of product from the UST system or has failed to function properly.

  • Emergency Maintenance means any period of maintenance for which, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, the Company is unable to provide prior notice of.

  • Emergency repair means work necessary to prevent destruction or dilapidation to real property or structural appurtenances thereto immediately threatened or damaged by fire, flood, earthquake or other disaster.

  • Emergency Repairs means repairs to a utility facility located in or adjacent to a primary city street that must be performed immediately when the necessity arises to safeguard life or property or maintain continued operation of the facility.
