Annual Estimate. A Service Fees will be evaluated and adjusted annually to reflect the projected costs for each new fiscal year. This annual estimate of Service Fees and projected number of claims will be developed by State Fund and submitted to CalHR annually on or about March 1. The annual Service Fees will be negotiated and agreed to by State Fund and CalHR.

Annual Estimate. In accordance with Section 5 of the 2012 IMA, DC Water shall prepare an estimate of the User Fee prior to the beginning of each DC Water fiscal year and include it in the next xxxxxxxx rendered to Fairfax, Loudoun County Sanitation Authority (LCSA or Loudoun Water) and WSSC.
Annual Estimate. On or before November 1st of each Contract Year, AB shall advise Anchor of AB's non-binding estimate of AB's Bottle requirements for the following Contract Year, stated separately for each Brewery and for each Bottle size, shape, color and type of packaging (i.e., Packed Bottles or Bulk Bottles) to be produced for AB by Anchor under this Agreement and under all other bottle supply agreements between AB and Anchor in effect at the time. On or before February 1st of the following Contract Year, AB shall advise Anchor of any non-binding changes to its initial estimates.
Annual Estimate. No later than October 1 of each year, SPP will provide WEIS Participant with an estimate of SPP’s WEIS Expenses as described in Exhibit A that will be used to develop the WEIS Rate for the next year. Notwithstanding the foregoing estimate, the WEIS Expenses that will be used to calculate the WEIS Rate will be the costs approved annually by the SPP Board of Directors consistent with Exhibit A or, where applicable, for PSCo BA Participants, Section 16.

Annual Estimate. Landlord shall deliver to Tenant a written estimate (the “Annual Estimate”) of Operating Expenses for each calendar year during the Term, together with a statement of any item of expense or cost reimbursable by Tenant that relates to a repair, replacement, or service that benefits only the Premises or only a portion of the Project that includes the Premises (“Tenant Reimbursable Expense”), which Annual Estimate may be revised by Landlord from time to time during such calendar year. During each month of the Term, on the same date that Base Rent is due, Tenant shall pay Landlord an amount equal to l/12th of Tenant’s Share of the Annual Estimate. Payments for any fractional calendar month shall be prorated.

  • Statement of Estimated Direct Expenses In addition, Landlord shall give Tenant a yearly expense estimate statement (the “Estimate Statement”) which shall set forth Landlord’s reasonable estimate (the “Estimate”) of what the total amount of Direct Expenses for the then-current Expense Year shall be and the estimated Tenant’s Share of Direct Expenses (the “Estimated Direct Expenses”). The failure of Landlord to timely furnish the Estimate Statement for any Expense Year shall not preclude Landlord from enforcing its rights to collect any Estimated Direct Expenses under this Article 4, nor shall Landlord be prohibited from revising any Estimate Statement or Estimated Direct Expenses theretofore delivered to the extent necessary. Thereafter, Tenant shall pay, with its next installment of Base Rent due that is at least thirty (30) days thereafter, a fraction of the Estimated Direct Expenses for the then-current Expense Year (reduced by any amounts paid pursuant to the last sentence of this Section 4.4.2). Such fraction shall have as its numerator the number of months which have elapsed in such current Expense Year, including the month of such payment, and twelve (12) as its denominator. Until a new Estimate Statement is furnished (which Landlord shall have the right to deliver to Tenant at any time), Tenant shall pay monthly, with the monthly Base Rent installments, an amount equal to one-twelfth (1/12) of the total Estimated Direct Expenses set forth in the previous Estimate Statement delivered by Landlord to Tenant.

  • Annual Evaluation The Partnership will be evaluated on an annual basis through the use of the Strategic Partnership Annual Evaluation Format as specified in Appendix C of OSHA Instruction CSP 00-00-000, OSHA Strategic Partnership Program for Worker Safety and Health. The Choate Team will be responsible for gathering required participant data to evaluate and track the overall results and success of the Partnership. This data will be shared with OSHA. OSHA will be responsible for writing and submitting the annual evaluation.

  • Estimated Cost Estimated costs by construction phases for Specified Roads listed in A7 are stated by segments in the Schedule of Items.   • Total Operating Expenses All costs and expenses paid or incurred by the Company, as determined under GAAP, that are in any way related to the operation of the Company or its business, including the Advisory Fee, but excluding (i) the expenses of raising capital such as Organization and Offering Expenses, legal, audit, accounting, underwriting, brokerage, listing, registration, and other fees, printing and other such expenses and taxes incurred in connection with the issuance, distribution, transfer and registration of securities, (ii) interest payments, (iii) taxes, (iv) non-cash expenditures such as depreciation, amortization and bad debt reserves, (v) incentive fees paid in compliance with the NASAA REIT Guidelines; (vi) acquisition fees and Acquisition Expenses, (vii) real estate commissions on the sale of Real Property, and (viii) other fees and expenses connected with the acquisition, disposition, management and ownership of real estate interests, mortgages or other property (including the costs of foreclosure, insurance premiums, legal services, maintenance, repair, and improvement of property). The definition of “Total Operating Expenses” set forth above is intended to encompass only those expenses which are required to be treated as Total Operating Expenses under the NASAA REIT Guidelines. As a result, and notwithstanding the definition set forth above, any expense of the Company which is not part of Total Operating Expenses under the NASAA REIT Guidelines shall not be treated as part of Total Operating Expenses for purposes hereof. 2%/25% Guidelines. 2%/25% Guidelines shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.

  • Estimate The Engineer shall independently develop and report quantities necessary to construct the contract in standard State bid format at the specified milestones and Final PS&E submittals.
