Service Rent definition

Service Rent means the sum payable by the Customer to the Supplier for Services (if any) provided in relation to the Vehicle of the amount and at the frequency as set out in the Schedule or (if not included in the Schedule) in the Vehicle Delivery Information Form or as notified by invoice or otherwise by the Supplier to the Customer;
Service Rent means, for any Service Period a fair proportion of the Service Cost applicable to the Landlord’s Premises;

Examples of Service Rent in a sentence

  • If the Term becomes effective or terminates on a day other than the first (1st) day of the month, the Service Rent shall be prorated on a daily basis for that portion of the month.

  • Rent in Advance With any of the Tenancy Management Service, Rent Collection Service, or Introduction Only Service, where we collect 6 months’ rent in advance, we will charge an additional fee of 2% of the total rent for the 6-month period + VAT.

  • Lessee’s obligation to pay Annual Rent or Service Rent, as applicable, is an independent covenant, and TWRA’s failure to perform any of its obligations under this Lease shall not result in an abatement of rent, entitle Lessee to withhold rent or otherwise affect Lessee’s liability for the payment of rent.

  • The service "Rent per minute" within the service "Extended CASCO BelkaBlack" - the cost of the service is +4 (four) rubles per minute to the current tariff for Service BelkaBlack, when the cost of the Service "Rent per minute" for 24 (twenty four) hours reached 7 500 (seven thousand five hundred) rubles for the service, and from 01.02.2018 - 6 500 (six thousand five hundred) rubles (daily cost) is automatically applied to the service "Daily rent".
