Estimate. The Engineer shall independently develop and report quantities necessary to construct the contract in standard State bid format at the specified milestones and Final PS&E submittals. The Engineer shall prepare each construction cost estimates using Estimator or any approved method. The estimate shall be provided at each milestone submittal or in DCIS format at the 95% and Final PS&E submittals per State’s District requirement.
Estimate. A special authorization procedure is available if you estimate the transaction amount based upon Cardholder’s intended rental length at time of rental, the applicable rental rate, tax, and/or mileage rates. Such estimated transaction amount shall not include ancillary charges representing amounts to cover potential vehicle damages or insurance deductible when Cardholder waives insurance at time of rental.
Estimate. CSXT has estimated the total Reimbursable Expenses for the Project as shown on Exhibit D (the “Estimate”, as amended or revised). CSXT may elect, by delivery of notice to Agency, to immediately cease all further work on the Project, unless and until Agency provides such approval and confirmation.

If the Firm gives you an estimate of fees, costs or time for a particular task or matter, you will be responsible for the Firm’s actual legal fees and costs, regardless of whether they are greater or less than the estimate.

Commencing with the Rent Commencement Date and continuing throughout the balance of the Lease Term, Tenant shall pay Landlord, on the first day of each calendar month, those amounts Landlord estimates to be Tenant's share of the aforementioned Additional Rent. We recommend you discuss with us the exact nature of the work and the manner in which it is to be undertaken. We will inform you if there are any unusual features or any other matters which may arise or of any unexpected delays. Third parties In some instances, you may expect to be reimbursed by a third party for our fees and expenses. We note that you remain responsible for payment to us in accordance with these Terms of Engagement should the third party fail to meet our costs within 14 days.
