Reimbursable Expense definition

Reimbursable Expense means expense(s) incurred or to be incurred by Criteria Architect and/or its Subconsultant(s) for Reimbursable Item(s).
Reimbursable Expense means an amount advanced by the Servicer to pay the allocable share of the Series’ (i) costs or expenses associated with a Proceeding pursuant to Section 2.01(d) or 5.02(b) hereof or (ii) fees or expenses of the Titling Company Registrar pursuant to Section 7.9(a) of the Titling Company Agreement.
Reimbursable Expense means an amount paid, incurred or advanced by the Administrative Agent to pay fees, costs or other sums for which the Administrative Agent may be reimbursed from Trust Assets.

More Definitions of Reimbursable Expense

Reimbursable Expense means all reimbursable expenses specified in the Fee Proposal and, if not specified, all costs and expenses (in addition to the Fee) that are incurred by Veris in the performance of the Services;

Reimbursable Expense means a verifiable expense of Parties or one of its Subordinate Entities that is (a) incurred by Parties in negotiating the Development Agreement from the date of execution of this Agreement; (b) incurred by the Parties in performance of their respective obligations under the Development Agreement; and (c) included in an Approved Budget, or approved by Parties in writing in advance of having been incurred, either through an amended Approved Budget (as described in Section 2 below) or a separate writing; and that is (c) not an Excluded Expense.
Reimbursable Expense means: (i) all Aviation Department pre-approved budgeted operating expenses incurred by the Operator in the provision of Bumper- to-Bumper Passenger Transportation Services (including the operation of the AEP and all other all Assigned Areas), and (ii) all other Aviation Department pre-approved expenses that are not provided for in the budget, but which are individually pre- approved in writing by the Aviation Department, as provided in Article V (including approved start-up expenses). Reimbursable Expenses are separate from, and in addition to, the Annual Management Fee.
