AirLink Membership. The Hospital shall provide AirLink membership to all 6 full-time nurses at no cost to the nurse. Nurses will be eligible the first of the month 7 following date of hire. Benefit eligible part-time nurses are eligible to purchase AirLink 8 memberships through payroll deductions at the monthly negotiated rate determined by 9 the vendor. In the event that AirLink discontinues local operations, the parties will meet 10 to discuss the cost and/or availability of air ambulance coverage.

AirLink Membership. The Hospital shall provide AirLink membership to all benefit eligible bargaining unit members and their dependents who are enrolled in a St. Xxxxxxx medical plan. The coverage will be free for qualified full-time employees. Part-time benefit eligible employees may choose this coverage at an additional cost. Coverage becomes effective the first of the month after they are hired or accept a benefit eligible position with a medical plan enrollment and opt into AirLink in Workday.

  • Membership The Committee shall include nine (9) members - five (5) representatives from CUPE/SCFP and four (4) representatives from the CTA. Up to two (2) advisors from the Ministry of Education shall act in a resource capacity to the committee. Other persons may attend meetings in order to provide support and resources as mutually agreed. Elements of the Career Ladder are outlined and posted on 13 the District website and include detailed descriptions of Career Ladder levels and the 14 requirements for movement. All instructional staff hired on or after January 8, 2018 will 15 be placed on the Apprentice level of the Career Ladder.
