Association Membership definition

Association Membership means any product or service that Defendants market directly, or through any Person, to consumers as providing health-related benefits, savings, or discounts.
Association Membership means a membership in the Association and the rights granted to the Association Members, including Declarant, pursuant to Article 5, to participate in the Association.

  • Any additions, deletions or revisions to this policy will be distributed to those affected and will be in effect after ratification by the Association Membership and adoption of the Board.
