A pplication. The limitations and exclusions under sections 18(a) and (b) apply to the full extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Agreement operates to exclude or limit liability: for death or personal injury caused by negligence; for fraud; HP’s liability under section 14; for loss of or damage to tangible property caused by a party’s breach of contract or negligence; for breaches of confidentiality under section 15; for HP’s breach of a consumer guarantee under the ACL (subject to clause 24(b)); or for wilful misconduct (being a wilfully wrong act or omission which was known to be wrong and yet was intentionally persisted in with the intention of harming a person’s safety or tangible property (excluding negligence or mistake)).
A pplication. You represent and warrant to Processor and Bank that all information in the Application is correct and complete. You must notify Processor in writing of any changes to the information in the Application, including but not limited to: any additional location or new business, the identity of principals and/or owners, the form of business organization (e.g., sole proprietorship, partnership, etc.), type of goods and services provided and how sales are completed (i.e., by telephone, mail, or in person at your place of business). The notice must be received by Processor within 10 business days of the change. You will provide updated information to Processor within a reasonable time upon request. You are liable to Processor and Bank (as applicable) for all losses and expenses incurred by Processor and/or Bank arising out of your failure to report changes to it. Bank and Processor may immediately terminate this Agreement upon notification by you of a change to the information in the Application.
A pplication. The provisions of this Agreement shall apply to and be binding upon RIDEM and WED and its agents, servants, employees, successors, assigns and all persons, firms and corporations acting under, through and for WED in the performance of work relating to or impacting the requirements of this Agreement.

A pplication. In order to participate in GPN, you must first create a GPN account and complete an application that is available at xxxxx://xxxxxxx-xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/login. You must provide complete and accurate information about you, including contact information and an email address, and your Advertising Site as part of the application process. You must keep all account information up-to-date at all times. Groupon reserves the right to refuse participation to any applicant or participant at any time in its sole discretion. If Groupon rejects your application, you may reapply at any time; provided, however, that a rejection due an account being previously terminated for breach of this Agreement shall not be eligible for reapplication.
A pplication. To be eligible for enrollment at the Charter School, students residing in the attendance zone must submit a timely application to the Charter School in accordance with the deadline set by the Charter School. The Charter School may use applications only for the purpose of verifying the student’s residence within the school’s attendance zone and grade level and to obtain information to establish weights in an enrollment lottery, if applicable. The Charter School may not use admissions criteria or applications that would not otherwise be used at a traditional public school, including but not limited to, requests for letters of recommendation, essays, resumes, or information regarding a student’s school or community activities, grades, test scores, attendance record, or disciplinary history. The Charter School may gather other relevant information from students after enrollment is determined
A pplication. Within each Division, seniority shall prevail in vacation time preference where an employee has received advanced approval at least six months previously. Casual or intermittent part-time employees shall not be entitled to any of the benefits of this Agreement, and they shall be laid off prior to any regular or regular part- time employees being laid off. Regular part-time employees will have their seniority pro- rated based on the number of hours worked per month.
