Material Safety Data Sheet or "MSDS" means the chemical, physical, technical, and safety information document supplied by the manufacturer of the coating, solvent, or other chemical product, usually through the distribution network or retailers.
Environmental Reports means “Phase I Environmental Site Assessments” as referred to in the ASTM Standards on Environmental Site Assessments for Commercial Real Estate, E 1527-013 (and, if necessary as determined in such Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, “Phase II Environmental Site Assessments”), prepared by an independent environmental auditor selected by Borrower and reasonably approved by Lender and delivered to Lender in connection with the Loan and any amendments or supplements thereto delivered to Lender, and shall also include any other environmental reports delivered to Lender pursuant to this Agreement and the Environmental Indemnity.
Environmental impact statement means an informational document prepared in compliance with chapter 343, Hawai‘i Revised Statutes, and which discloses the environmental effects of a proposed action, effects of a proposed action on the economic and social welfare of the community and state, effects of the economic activities arising out of the proposed action, measures proposed to minimize adverse effects, and alternatives to the action and their environmental effects.
Data Sheet means an integral part of the Instructions to Consultants (ITC) Section 2 that is used to reflect specific country and assignment conditions to supplement, but not to over-write, the provisions of the ITC.
Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Work, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with applicable law.
Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.
Timeline means the list of critical dates and actions included in the Introductory Materials.
Data Reports means reports comprising factual data with no accompanying interpretation.
Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones for completion of the Work on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;
Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
Statement of Compliance means the statement forming part of a Tender indicating the Bidders compliance with the Specification.
Environmental Report means the environmental audit report with respect to each Mortgaged Property delivered to Seller in connection with the related Mortgage, if any.
Project Description means the document that describes the Project's Reduction activities and that uses either the VCS Project Description Template or the project description template specified by the relevant Approved GHG Program;
Risk assessment means a programme to determine any risk associated with any hazard at a construction site , in order to identify the steps needed to be taken to remove, reduce or control such hazard;
Project Implementation Manual means the manual adopted by the Recipient through the PCU on November 30, 2010, for the purposes of defining the detailed implementation arrangements for the Project, and setting forth, inter alia: (i) the detailed Project staffing plan for each stakeholder; (ii) the Project monitoring and evaluation modalities; and (iii) the terms, procedures and conditions for the initial management and operation of the national CARG scheme, as the same may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.
Technical Specifications means the technical specifications set forth in Schedule 1 to the Agreement and to which, the STBs, CAS and SMS must comply with.
Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.
conformity assessment means the process demonstrating whether the requirements of this Regulation relating to a device have been fulfilled;
Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.
Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
Nonconformity or “Nonconformities” means any failure or failures of the Software to conform to the requirements of this Contract, including any applicable Documentation.
Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;
