Acceptance of Application. (a) SORACOM may request the Applicant to submit information necessary for SORACOM to determine whether the Applicant may have failed to make any payment that the Applicant is responsible to pay in relation to the SORACOM Private Network Service. Acceptance of Application. 3.1 Following electronic lodgment of the Exhibition Application Form, the Organiser will assess the application and determine whether the Exhibitor is approved for the Event. If the application is approved, the Organiser will allocate a Stand site and offer it to the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor accepts the offer by completing and electronically lodging the Exhibition Confirmation Form.
Acceptance of Application. The Gulf Coast Symposium on HR Issues, produced by HR Houston, is a professional association dedicated to providing knowledge, relationships and solutions to HR Professionals. HR Houston reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company, product or service, and the right to restrict, prohibit or evict any exhibitor or product that, in sole discretion of HR Houston detracts from the character of the Exposition or violates any of the following Rules and Regulations. In the event of such restriction or eviction, HR Houston is not liable for refunding exhibit fees or any other costs incurred by the exhibitor. In particular and without limitation, excessive audio or visual attention-getting devices or effects or offensive odors are prohibited.
Acceptance of Application. The University reserves the right to reject an application for accommodations in the University residence halls/apartments. If the University accepts an application, the student will pay all charges for the accommodations assigned at the rate and times established by the University.

If there is inconsistency between the terms of this Holding Deposit Agreement, and a Rental/Lease Agreement signed by the parties, the terms of Rental/Lease Agreement will control. In the event the Applicant signs a Rental/Lease Agreement and the unit is not available on the beginning date of the Rental/Lease Agreement due to a prior tenant holding over, the Applicant's damages shall be limited to a return of the holding deposit, any security deposit and any advance payment of rent. All adults to occupy the subject premises must sign the Rental/Lease Agreement prior to occupancy.
Acceptance of Application. It is understood that before the Bank can make available to the Client any of the services described in this Agreement and/or extend credit, the Bank must first receive all pertinent documentation from the Client and accept his, her, or its application.

If there is inconsistency between the terms of this Holding Deposit Agreement, and a rental/lease agreement signed by the parties, the terms of the rental/lease agreement will control. In the event the Applicant signs a rental/lease agreement and the unit is not available on the beginning date of the rental/lease agreement due to a prior tenant holding over, the Applicant’s damages shall be limited to a return of the holding deposit, any security deposit and ay advance payment of rent.
