A Part time teacher shall mean a teacher employed under Contract of Employment to provide service for less than the regular hours of instruction per school year as established by the Employer’s policy.
A Part. Time Employee who works a full basic tour on any day is entitled to the same paid rest periods as provided to Full Time Employees in accordance with Article 27. A Part Time Employee, whose complete tour is four (4) hours without a meal break, will receive a fifteen (15) minute paid rest period scheduled as close to the midpoint of the tour as possible. A Part Time Employee, whose complete tour is more than five (5) hours, will be entitled to the same rest periods and meal breaks as an employee who works a full tour. Paid Holidays
A Part. Time employee may be assigned to work less than the basic hours of work per day but not less than a half tour. An employee who, as a Regular Part-Time employee, works more than 1460 basic hours of work in a calendar year, excl usive of overtime, shall be offered a Regular Full-Time position and, upon her acceptance, be reclassified in accordance with the provisions of subsection 22.20 (c) (v) in the order provided under subsection 22.20 (c). Should the employee refuse this offer, she shall remain a Regular Part-Time employee.
A Part. Time Employee’s salary, leave and allowances (other than allowances that are of a reimbursement or expenses nature) will be on a pro rata basis.
A Part. Time employee displacing, bumping or converting into a Full-Time position shall be required to work the Full- Time hours as provided for in Article 18.02.07 with recall provisions in accordance with this Article.

A Part. Time Employee is an employee (other than a casual employee) who is engaged to work regularly for an average of fifteen ordinary hours or more per week but less than an average of thirty eight ordinary hours per week. In determining the regularity or otherwise of employment, regard will be had to any period of four weeks. Any hours worked by an employee to replace temporarily another employee absent from duty which are in addition to those which the employee normally works will not be taken into account.
A Part. Time Employee, a Permanent Part-Time Employee and a Temporary Employee will be paid overtime, compensated at time and one-half, on completion of eighty-four (84) hours of work in a bi-weekly pay period.

  • Receiver In addition to all other remedies herein provided for, Grantor agrees that upon the occurrence of a default, the Beneficiary shall, as a matter of right, be entitled to an ex parte appointment of a receiver or receivers for all or any part of the Property and the Associated Materials without regard to the value of the Property or the Associated Materials or to the solvency of any person or persons liable for the payment of the indebtedness secured hereby, and Grantor does hereby consent to the appointment of such receiver or receivers, waives any and all defenses to such appointment and agrees not to oppose any application therefor by the Beneficiary, but nothing herein is to be construed to deprive Beneficiary of any other right, remedy or privilege it may now have under the law to have a receiver appointed; provided, however, that the appointment of such receiver, trustee or other appointee by virtue of any court order, statute or regulation shall not impair or in any manner prejudice the rights of the Beneficiary to receive payment of the rents and income. The receiver or his/her/its agents shall be entitled to enter upon and take possession of any and all of the Property and the Associated Materials. The receiver, personally or through its agents or attorneys, may exclude Grantor and its agents, servants and employees wholly from the Property and the Associated Materials and have, hold, use, operate, manage and control the same and each and every part thereof, and keep insured, the Property and the Associated Materials. Such receivership shall, at the option of the Beneficiary, continue until full payment of all sums, hereby secured, then due and payable or until title to the Property and the Associated Materials shall have passed by foreclosure sale under this Deed of Trust and the period of redemption, if any, shall have expired.

  • PERMITTED PURCHASER A person is only allowed to bid and or purchase the Property subject to the following:-

  • ASSIGNING OR SUB-LETTING OF CONTRACT This Contract shall not be assigned nor sublet by the Contractor or Surety without prior written consent thereto of the Board.

  • SUBLETTING OR ASSIGNING THE CONTRACT This provision is applicable to all Federal-aid construction contracts on the National Highway System.

  • No Removal or Substitution The Resident may not remove, alter or change any property in the Room which is provided on occupancy or at any other time during the Term, including and not limited to; furnishings, fixtures, equipment, television sets, appliances, window screens, floor coverings and any mattress covering. The Resident shall use all such items only for their intended purpose.

  • Purchase by Receiver The Receiver shall purchase Assets that are specified in the Put Notice and shall assume Related Liabilities with respect to such Assets, and the transfer of such Assets and Related Liabilities shall be effective as of a date determined by the Receiver which date shall not be later than thirty (30) days after receipt by the Receiver of the Put Notice (the "Put Date").

  • Purchasing Entity Law These provisions shall be applicable only to extent they are not in conflict with the applicable public disclosure laws of any Purchasing Entity.

  • ACCEPTANCE OF PROPERTY Buyer, upon accepting Title or transfer of possession of the Property, shall be deemed to have accepted the Property in its then condition. No warranties, expressed or implied, by Xxxxxxx, or Seller’s Broker and/or their associated licensees, with reference to the condition of the Property, shall be deemed to survive the Closing.
