Assignee definition

Assignee as defined in Section 10.6(b).
Assignee has the meaning set forth in Section 9.06(c).
Assignee means a Person to whom one or more Partnership Units have been transferred in a manner permitted under this Agreement, but who has not become a Substituted Limited Partner, and who has the rights set forth in Section 11.5.

Examples of Assignee in a sentence

  • Profits, Losses and other Partnership items shall be allocated between the transferor and the Assignee according to Code Section 706, using any permissible method as determined in the reasonable discretion of the General Partner.
