Purchasing Party definition

Purchasing Party means CIG Media LLC, NBC Universal, Inc. and their respective Affiliates.
Purchasing Party means a Party purchasing an Offered Service.
Purchasing Party shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.12(e).
