Term and Time of Performance. The effective date of this Agreement shall begin on July 1, 2018 and will continue through June 30, 2023, subject to appropriation of funds, notwithstanding any other provision in this agreement.
Term and Time of Performance. This contract will remain in effect from September 1, 2021 to June 30, 2026. Consultant shall perform the services described in this agreement as follows:

Term and Time of Performance. The services of Consultant are fixed for a five year period that will commence upon the execution of the contract and the Town. At the end of this period, should the Town not renew the contract, the contract shall automatically expire. The individual time of performance schedule for each project referred to the Consultant is required to be performed as outlined in the scope of services section of this Agreement.

Term and Time of Performance. 2.1 The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date it is fully and timely executed by both parties ("Effective Date") and shall end on September 30, 2018, subject to early termination as provided in Article 7; provided, however, if the term of this Agreement extends beyond a single fiscal year of COUNTY, the continuation of this Agreement beyond the end of any fiscal year shall be subject to both the appropriation and the availability of funds in accordance with Chapter 129, Florida Statutes.
Term and Time of Performance. Program performance may retroactively begin on July 1, 2021, for purposes of determining eligible expenses unless otherwise noted in Exhibit A. Accordingly, services of Implementing Agency shall start on the 1st day of July 2021 and end on the 30th day of June 2024 but may be extended and remain in effect during any period that Implementing Agency has control over the funds. The term of this Agreement and the provisions herein may be extended by mutual agreement in writing to cover any additional time period consistent with grant requirements. Such extension may be based upon remaining initial funding under this Agreement or funding of which Los Gatos remains in control of from Cal OES funds or other assets.
Term and Time of Performance. CONTRACTOR shall commence work within 15 days after it has been notified in writing of award of contract, shall commence construction immediately after the CITY's notice to proceed. CONTRACTOR shall diligently perform and complete the Work with professional quality and technical accuracy within 30 working days after the City’s Notice to Proceed (“Completion Date”). Extension of terms or time of performance shall be subject to the CITY’s sole discretion.
