Grant Requirements. By signing this MOU, XXXXXXX agrees to comply with the following grant conditions:
Grant Requirements. All projects must focus on increasing physical activity for students and/or the community through the joint use of a recreational facility. The school district’s wellness committee is strongly encouraged to act as the advisory board for the joint use project, as the committee consists of district officials, community members, students and parents. All proposed partnerships must be for at least two years, with the JUA advisory board revisiting the agreement annually. Schools may partner with one or more agencies/organizations in order to fulfill project and community needs. All partners must benefit from the creation of the partnership. All partners must provide ongoing resources, personnel, and financial assistance to support and continue the joint use partnership in perpetuity.

Adhere to all guidelines applicable to federal and state grant subcontractors and recipients for fiscal record keeping, reporting and auditing including, but not limited to, the following Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circulars where applicable: Cost Principles for State and Local Governments, A-87 Cost Principles for Nonprofit Organizations, A-122 Institutions of Higher Education, A-21 Hospitals, (CFR Part 74, Appendix E) For-profit (commercial) Organizations Federal Acquisition Regulation (48 CFR Subpart 31.2)
Grant Requirements. 3.1. Grant Funds must be used solely for the purposes described in the Grant Application, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit B.

Grant Requirements. A. QUARTERLY MATCH Federal funds provided under the EMPG agreement shall be matched by the Sub-Recipient dollar-for-dollar totaling the award amount. The Sub-Recipient needs to show it is meeting the match requirement for the total award amount; the match costs do not need to be broken down or assigned to individual projects. Unless otherwise authorized by law, Federal funds cannot be matched with other Federal funds. To meet matching requirements, the Sub-Recipient contributions must be reasonable, allowable, allocable, and necessary under the grant program and must comply with all Federal requirements and regulations. Emergency Management and Preparedness Assistance (EMPA) base grant funds may be used by the Sub-Recipient as match for EMPG funding. To demonstrate successful completion of task 1A for Quarters 1-4, the Sub-Recipient must submit the following items in the Division’s Salesforce system: DELIVERABLES • Provide Quarterly Match Form 3A to identify the non-federal match amount. • If using EMPA as match, no additional supporting documentation is required. • Supporting documentation is required if the federal obligation exceeds the EMPA award amount or you are using other non-Federal funds (such as local general revenue) to satisfy the match requirement.
Grant Requirements. Any Related Right that relates to a Non-qualified Stock Option may be granted at the same time the Option is granted or at any time thereafter but before the exercise or expiration of the Option. Any Related Right that relates to an Incentive Stock Option must be granted at the same time the Incentive Stock Option is granted.
