Schedule of Performance. Consultant shall commence the services pursuant to this Agreement upon receipt of a written notice to proceed and shall perform all services within the time period(s) established in the “Schedule of Performance” attached hereto as Exhibit “D” and incorporated herein by this reference. When requested by the Consultant, extensions to the time period(s) specified in the Schedule of Performance may be approved in writing by the Contract Officer but not exceeding one hundred eighty (180) days cumulatively.
Schedule of Performance. Time is of the essence in the performance of Services under this Agreement. CONSULTANT shall complete the Services within the term of this Agreement and in accordance with the schedule set forth in Exhibit “B”, attached to and made a part of this Agreement. Any Services for which times for performance are not specified in this Agreement shall be commenced and completed by CONSULTANT in a reasonably prompt and timely manner based upon the circumstances and direction communicated to the CONSULTANT. CITY’s agreement to extend the term or the schedule for performance shall not preclude recovery of damages for delay if the extension is required due to the fault of CONSULTANT.

The services of Consultant are to be completed according to the schedule set out in Exhibit "B," entitled "SCHEDULE OF PERFORMANCE," which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. Consultant will diligently proceed with the agreed Scope of Services and will provide such services in a timely manner in accordance with the "SCHEDULE OF PERFORMANCE."
Schedule of Performance. Unless directed otherwise by the County, Contractor shall perform the work in accordance with any schedules made a part of this Agreement.

Schedule of Performance. City and Developer intend that the Project shall be developed pursuant to, and in accordance with, the milestones set forth in this Agreement.
Schedule of Performance. The Services shall be completed pursuant to the schedule specified in Exhibit “A.” Should the Services not be completed pursuant to that schedule, the Contractor shall be deemed to be in Default of this Agreement. The City, in its sole discretion, may choose not to enforce the Default provisions of this Agreement and may instead allow Contractor to continue performing the Services.
Schedule of Performance. The services of CONSULTANT are to be completed according to the schedule set out in each Service Order issued pursuant to EXHIBIT B, Section V. Time is of the essence in this AGREEMENT.
