Information Center including meeting with users to configure systems they need; setting PC and LAN standards and equipment ordering/receiving; dealing with vendors on pricing of hardware and software and negotiating vendor contracts; PC installation and moves; PC hardware repairs; software support and formal/informal classroom training; consulting on developing applications using “shrink-wrapped” software with PCs and servers; operating the help desk for all PC/server hardware and software problem calls; maintaining central file servers; providing current versions of software on servers; and providing back-up and recovery support for files of central and departmental servers. These services will be provided by PNX.
Information Center. 1. Each Party shall designate within sixty (60) days after the entry in force of this Agreement an office to serve as an information center to facilitate communications among the Parties, on any matter covered by this Agreement.
2. On request of another Party, the information center shall identify the office or official responsible for the matter and assist, as necessary, in facilitating communication with the requesting Party.
Information Center. 1. Each Party shall designate a unit or office as an information center to facilitate communication between the Parties on any matter covered by this Agreement.
2. When requested by a Party, the information center of the other Party shall indicate the unit or official responsible for the matter and provide such support as may be required to facilitate communication with the requesting Party.
Information Center. 4.9.1. The Client agrees that all conversations between the Client and the representative of the Information Center may be recorded for the purpose of ensuring the safety and quality of services, and that such records may be used as evidence in any disputes.
4.9.2. The Client agrees that confirmation of the Client's identity when he or she contacts the Information Center is carried out by matching the telephone number from which the call to the Information Center is made with the Telephone Number.
Information Center a. Operate a center that responds in a professional, timely way to email, telephone and in-person requests for DNR information.
b. Provide and mail out DNR information on request.
Information Center of the Provider shall mean the service for receipt, storage and processing of various Requests of Subscribers for the purpose to provide information-reference and entertainment services to Subscribers of the Operator. Contents of the Information Center mean an information resource the composition whereof is determined by the Customer in accordance with Annexes Nos. 4, 8 to this Contract.
Information Center. 2.1.1 In order to raise awareness on NATO and EU and based on its cooperation with Georgian National Platform, Information Center will execute the projects (seminars, conferences, exhibitions and etc.) agreed between the parties;
2.1.2 If necessary Information Center will provide Georgian National Platform with the literature published by the Center.
