This applies to Coverages A, B, and C; Debris Removal; Trees, Plants, Shrubs and Lawns; Collapse; Glass Breakage; and Tenant's Improvements.
During the Term Until the Lease comes to an end, the Tenant's Improvements will be owned, maintained and, may be, depreciated by the Tenant.
It also applies to the following Incidental Property Coverages: Debris Removal; Trees, Plants, Shrubs and Lawns; Tenant's Improvements and Betterments; Condominium Unit-Owner Additions; and Antenna Coverage.
Subject to Section 14.2(e), in the event of the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, title to Tenant's Improvements shall immediately vest in the City and shall be surrendered at that time in accordance with Section 15.1.
