Minimum Improvements definition

Minimum Improvements means the acquisition of land and construction of a 64-unit market rate residential apartment building and related improvements. The Minimum Improvements are more fully depicted in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Minimum Improvements means devoting the Development Property to its intended Use and construction of approximately a square foot parking facility for use as parking for the Developer as identified and set forth in Exhibit C and constructed in accordance with the Construction Plans submitted to and approved by the Authority. After completion of the Minimum Improvements, the term shall mean the Development Property as improved by the Minimum Improvements.
Minimum Improvements means devoting the Development Property to its intended Use and construction of approximately an 8,000 square foot building and facilities for use as office, shop and warehouse space as identified and set forth in Exhibit C and constructed in accordance with the Construction Plans submitted to and approved by the Authority. After completion of the Minimum Improvements, the term shall mean the Development Property as improved by the Minimum Improvements.

Examples of Minimum Improvements in a sentence

  • To that end, the Developer agrees for itself, its successors and assigns, in addition to the obligation pursuant to statute to pay real estate taxes, that it is also obligated by reason of this Agreement to pay before delinquency all real estate taxes assessed against the Development Property and the Minimum Improvements.

  • Nor can the Development Property or Minimum Improvements be used as centrally assessed property (including but not limited to, Iowa Code § 428.24 to 428.29 (Public Utility Plants and Related Personal Property); Chapter 433 (Telegraph and Telephone Company Property); Chapter 434 (Railway Property); Chapter 437 (Electric Transmission Lines); Chapter 437A (Property Used in the Production, Generation, Transmission or Delivery of Electricity or Natural Gas); and Chapter 438 (Pipeline Property)).

  • Developer will use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain, or cause to be obtained, in a timely manner, all required permits, licenses and approvals, and will use commercially reasonable efforts to meet, in a timely manner, the requirements of applicable Environmental Controls and Land Use Regulations which must be met before Developer’s Minimum Improvements may be lawfully constructed.

  • The Developer, for itself and its successors and assigns, agrees that during the construction of the Minimum Improvements provided for in this Agreement, it will comply with all applicable equal employment and nondiscrimination laws and regulations.

  • The Developer, for itself and its successors and assigns, agrees to devote the Property and Minimum Improvements only to such land use or uses as may be permissible under the City’s land use regulations.


More Definitions of Minimum Improvements

Minimum Improvements means the acquisition of land and construction of approximately 200 units of market rate housing, approximately 1,700 square feet of retail/restaurant, and dependent upon market demand, up to an additional approximately 10,600 square feet of retail. The Minimum Improvements are more fully described in Exhibit C, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Minimum Improvements means new construction of 103 affordable workforce rental housing units, underground parking spaces and related improvements as described in the Contract.
Minimum Improvements means the construction of two (2) approximately 4,000 square foot commercial buildings, one of which is a bank or other allowed use and the other building is a brewpub or similar use and related improvements to be approved by the EDA and located at the real property generally described in Exhibit A.
Minimum Improvements means the development on the Development Property of (i) the Owner- Occupied Housing; (ii) two parking stalls per unit of Owner-Occupied Housing; and (ii) necessary public infrastructure, including streets and utilities.

Minimum Improvements means the development proposal identified in the Grant Agreement, generally consisting of the construction of a multifamily rental housing facility consisting of approximately 60 affordable senior rental housing units, including indoor and outdoor community spaces for residents. Prior to the Termination Date, changes to the Minimum Improvements may only be made pursuant to Section 4.2(b) hereof.
