Basic Terms definition

Basic Terms means the terms of this Lease identified as the Basic Terms before Article 1 of the Lease.
Basic Terms means those terms set out in clause 1.1, some of which are more particularly defined in this Schedule B;
Basic Terms means those terms of this Lease set out in section 1.1 hereof.

Examples of Basic Terms in a sentence

  • Entries must be received by the Organiser on or before the Entry Deadline as set out in the Basic Terms.

  • This Article One contains the Basic Terms of this Lease between the Landlord and Tenant named below.

  • Other Articles, Sections and Paragraphs of the Lease referred to in this Article One explain and define the Basic Terms and are to be read in conjunction with the Basic Terms.

More Definitions of Basic Terms

Basic Terms means those terms set out in Section 1.1 some of which are more particularly defined in this Schedule “C”.
Basic Terms means the terms as described in Article 1, clause 1.1 of this Sub-Lease;
Basic Terms means the Summary of Basic Lease Information set forth at the beginning hereof.
Basic Terms has the meaning specified in Section 1.02.
Basic Terms shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 1.01(a) of this Agreement.
