Private Improvements definition

Private Improvements means the improvements to be constructed on the Property that are not Public Improvements.
Private Improvements shall include all Improvements intended to be privately owned and maintained, as defined by the Standards and Specifications.
Private Improvements means, without limitation, the construction, installation and improvement of privately owned and maintained common improvements including, but not limited to, stormwater improvements, landscaping, irrigation, fencing, entry signs, parks, open space, trails and postal service boxes.

Examples of Private Improvements in a sentence

  • The Developer hereby grants to the City, its agents, employees, officers and contractors a temporary, non-exclusive, revocable license to enter upon the property on which the Development work is being conducted to perform all necessary inspections deemed appropriate by the City during the construction of the Private Improvements.

  • The City shall present Developer with estimated costs for engineering inspections and observation, legal or administrative costs incurred by the City to review the construction of the Private Improvements and Public Improvements.

  • There are portions of the water main within the Private Improvements that shall be owned and maintained by the Developer as required in the Construction, Repair and Maintenance Agreement for Water Main and Hydrants.

  • The owner of each Lot shall be required to be a member of the HOA, which HOA shall levy and collect from homeowners’ annual fees in an amount calculated to maintain the Private Improvements described in Section 7.2, right-of-way irrigation systems, detention ponds, parking pods, raised medians and other right-of-way landscaping, and screening walls within the Project.

  • There are portions of the sanitary sewer main within the Private Improvements that shall be owned and maintained by the Developer as required in the Construction, Repair and Maintenance Agreement for Stormwater Utilities, Sanitary Sewer and Water Main Easement for the Development.


More Definitions of Private Improvements

Private Improvements means those elements of infrastructure needed for the completion of a Development which are not planned to be dedicated to the Town.
Private Improvements specifically approved by the City or RDA as stated in Section IV. C.; then
Private Improvements means all the private improvements to be constructed on the Project Site as more particularly described on Exhibit “A”.
Private Improvements means those improvements or betterments required by, or otherwise undertaken by, DEVELOPER pursuant to this Agreement on, to, or otherwise benefiting the Development Area that shall be privately financed by DEVELOPER because they are not eligible for financing using the credit or funds of DISTRICT.
Private Improvements means the improvements subject to ad valorem property taxes to be constructed on the Property by the Developer or an approved transferee of the Developer in accordance with the Concept Plan and within the time specified in the Schedule of Performance.
Private Improvements means those improvements or betterments required by or otherwise undertaken by DEVELOPER pursuant to this Agreement on, to, or otherwise benefiting the Development Area other than those improvements identified as Public Improvements in Section 1(I).
Private Improvements means those horizontal improvements described in the Plans and Specifications submitted to the City as part of the zoning process, other than the Public Improvements, being constructed in each Section to get to a Final Lot Value.
