Storm Water Facilities. The storm water system serving the Property, in whole or in part, including areas designated Private Water Dentention Easement or Wetlands and Stormwater Management Facilities on the Plat of Subdivision, conduits, inlet and outlet storm sewers and structures, xxxxx (including electrical service and discharge pipes)

Storm Water Facilities means storm water lines, pipes, manholes and related facilities now installed or hereinafter constructed on the Easement Area for the purpose of directing the flow of storm water.

Functions of Storm Water Facilities include any one or combination of the following: the collection, conveyance, transport, treatment, or discharge of Storm Water.
Storm Water Facilities means the 48” concrete culvert (and related limestone façade) constructed to convey storm water beneath Xxxxxx Drive in a natural drainage area which area includes a steep drop-off from Xxxxxx Drive.
