Wastewater System definition

Wastewater System means the whole and each and every part of the wastewater system of the City serving the City and its residents and other customers served thereby, whether within or without the City, for the collection, treatment and disposal of wastewater, including but not limited to all buildings, facilities, properties, lands, rights, entitlements and other property useful in connection therewith, together with all extensions thereof and improvements thereto at any time acquired, constructed or installed by or on behalf of the City.
Wastewater System means all sewers, pumping stations, storage tanks, wastewater treatment plants, sea outfalls and other related structures owned by the WWA and used for the reception, treatment and disposal of wastewater.

  • A permittee must comply with applicable APDES MS4 permit requirements, local requirements, and the applicable requirements under 18 AAC 72.600 (i.e., Nondomestic Wastewater System Plan Review) regarding the design and installation of permanent storm water management controls.

  • The Customer must include a certification by a professional engineer licensed to practice in the State of New York, as to the amount of fluid and solid material discharged to the Wastewater System (including wastewater from all sources, such as well water or river water), the amount of water absorbed by the process (and therefore not discharged), and all supporting data and analysis.

  • The wastewater rate set forth in Section 2 of this Part III shall be applied to a calculated volume of water consumption that represents steam condensate discharges to the Wastewater System.

  • Water consumption that is exclusively used for a commercial or industrial purpose and separately metered, where the process is such that water supplied is not discharged entirely into the Wastewater System, may be eligible for a Wastewater Allowance in accordance with the provisions of this Section.

  • In instances where a property has connected to the Wastewater System, charges are assessed from the date of connection.

Wastewater System means a Wastewater System as defined in the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act (Alberta) and regulations.

Wastewater System means a system of wastewater collection, treatment, and disposal in single or multiple components, including a ground absorption system, privy, septic tank system, public or community wastewater system, wastewater reuse or recycle system, mechanical or biological wastewater treatment system, any other similar system, and any chemical toilet used only for human waste.
