Production Facilities definition

Production Facilities. (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".
Production Facilities means any facilities provided by a lender to the Company, a Permitted Affiliate Parent or any Restricted Subsidiary to finance a production.
Production Facilities means any bilateral facilities provided by a lender to any member of the Borrower Group to finance a production.

Examples of Production Facilities in a sentence

  • At Producer’s option, separate invoices may be submitted (on different periodic schedules) by its separate divisions or Affiliates or with respect to individual Production Facilities, or Producer may combine the invoices of one or more of such divisions, Affiliates or Production Facilities.

  • At all times during the Term, Producer shall be solely responsible for maintaining the Production Facilities, equipment and processes used in producing the Supplied Products and in performing Producer’s other obligations under this Agreement.

Production Facilities means any storage, separation, treating, dehydration, artificial lift, power supply, compression, pumping, metering, monitoring, flowline, and other equipment directly associated with oil wells, gas wells or injection wells, prior to any processing plant or refinery.
