CATCH BASINS. Purchasers are advised that a catch basin and associated leads are installed in the lot and that it will be the responsibility of the Owner of the lot to maintain in a good state of repair the catch basins and leads and to maintain them in a functioning capacity and free and clear or all obstruct ions. Purchasers acknowledge that the catch basin is designed to accept drainage from the lot and adjacent lots and that the grading is not to be altered in any way so as to adversely affect the drainage pattern of the surrounding lots. Where the Purchaser alters drainage, the Municipality shall have the right to enter the property to correct the grading and the costs of such work, including an administrative fee, shall be billed to the Purchaser and may, if not paid, be recovered in a like manner as taxes.

Purchaser shall construct headwalls in accordance with the CULVERT AND DRAINAGE SPECIFICATION DETAIL at all culverts on the CULVERT AND DRAINAGE LIST that specify the placement of rock. Rock used for headwalls must be QUARRY SPALLS or larger. Rock must be placed on shoulders, slopes, and around culvert inlets and outlets. Minimum specifications require that rock be placed at a width of one culvert diameter on each side of the culvert inlet, and to a height of one culvert diameter above the top of the culvert. Rock may not restrict the flow of water into culvert inlets or catch basins. Placement must be with a zero-drop-height only.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Irrigation An irrigation reduced pressure zone (hereinafter referred to as “RPZ”) is required for any irrigation systems and must be installed by the Developer and/or eventual lot owner and tested in accordance with the Minnesota Department of Health Guidelines for Designing Backflow Prevention Assembly Installations (hereinafter referred to as “Guidelines”). The initial test results and certification shall be submitted to the City of Maple Grove Public Works Department. Subsequently, the RPZ must be tested, per the Guidelines, at least annually by a certified tester with the results reported to the City of Maple Grove Building Department and the RPZ must be rebuilt as needed in accordance with the Guidelines. Test/rebuilt reports shall be mailed or faxed to the City of Maple Grove Building Department at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. The irrigation system shall be designed and the Plans shall be modified accordingly, prior to the issuance of any permits for the development of the Property, to accommodate a 1-inch water meter and a maximum flow of 50 gallons per minute.
