Governmental Bodies definition

Governmental Bodies means any government, municipality or political subdivision thereof, whether federal, state, local or foreign, or any governmental or quasi-governmental agency, authority, board, bureau, commission, department, instrumentality or public body, or any court, arbitrator, administrative tribunal or public utility.

Governmental Bodies shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 12.10 of the Design Services Agreement.

Governmental Bodies means any: • nation, state, county, city, town, borough, village, district or other jurisdiction; • federal, state, local, municipal, foreign or other government; • governmental or quasi-governmental authority of any nature (including any agency, branch, department, board, commission, court, tribunal or other entity exercising governmental or quasi-governmental powers); • multinational organization or body; • body exercising, or entitled or purporting to exercise, any administrative, executive, judicial, legislative, police, regulatory or taxing authority or power; or • official of any of the foregoing.
