During Development Stage, the RE DEVELOPER shall delineate its Production Area by identifying the final location of the diversion point and the Generating Facility.
Large Generating Facility testing shall be conducted and results provided to the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO for each individual generating unit in a station.
Such information shall be deemed to be Confidential Information hereunder and shall include information concerning the timing of such modifications and whether such modifications are expected to interrupt the flow of electricity from the Large Generating Facility.
