Staff training definition

Staff training means an organized program to improve staff performance.
Staff training refers to Employer initiated and directed activities or activities that the Employer designates as required for the job. Such designation will take place in consultation with the Employee. Employees who disagree with the Employer’s designation of the activity as training, or believe that it is not required for the performance of their duties, shall have the right to grieve that decision in accordance with the provisions of Article 7.
