  • Product Candidate means each biological and drug candidate, compound or other device or product being Developed, labeled, Manufactured, marketed, sold and/or distributed by a member of the Contributed Entity Group at any time prior to the Closing, or regarding which a member of the Contributed Entity Group has rights as of immediately prior to Closing, and including any such biological and drug candidate, compound or product that has received Marketing Approval.

  • Independent candidate means any candidate who claims not to be affiliated with a political party, and whose name has been certified on the office-type ballot at a general or special election through the filing of a statement of candidacy and nominating petition, as prescribed in section 3513.257 of the Revised Code.

  • Replacement Candidate means any Candidate Introduced by the Agency to the Client to fill the Engagement following the Introduction of another Candidate whose Engagement either did not commence or was terminated during the first 12 weeks of the Engagement;

  • Biosimilar Product means, with respect to a particular Product in a country, a pharmaceutical product that (a) contains an analytically comparable or identical active ingredient(s) as such Product, (b) is approved for use in such country pursuant to a regulatory approval process governing approval of generic, interchangeable or biosimilar biologics based on the then-applicable standards for regulatory approval in such country, whether or not such regulatory approval was based in whole or in part upon clinical data generated by the Parties pursuant to this Agreement or was obtained using some other type of abbreviated or expedited approval process and (c) is sold in the same country as such Product by any Third Party that is not a Sublicensee of BMS or its Affiliates and did not purchase such product in a chain of distribution that included any of BMS or any of its Affiliates or its Sublicensees.

  • hit means the existence of a correspondence established by comparing the personal data recorded in an application file of the ETIAS Central System with the personal data stored in a record, file or alert registered in an information system queried by the ETIAS Central System, in the ETIAS watchlist or with the specific risk indicators referred to in Article 28;

  • Commercialization means any and all activities directed to the preparation for sale of, offering for sale of, or sale of a Product, including activities related to marketing, promoting, distributing, and importing such Product, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding any of the foregoing. When used as a verb, “to Commercialize” and “Commercializing” means to engage in Commercialization, and “Commercialized” has a corresponding meaning.

  • New Product means a Program that may include, as a component of such product, another Program or a portion thereof, but that has substantial additional features or functionalities that are not Enhancements, Revisions, Versions, rebundling or repackaging of pre-existing Programs, and is priced separately from a pre-existing Program.

  • Alternative nicotine product means a product, not consisting of or containing tobacco, that provides for the ingestion into the body of nicotine, whether by chewing, absorbing, dissolving, inhaling, snorting, or sniffing, or by any other means. “Alternative nicotine product” does not include cigarettes, tobacco products, or vapor products, or a product that is regulated as a drug or device by the United States food and drug administration under chapter V of the federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

  • Nomination Criteria means the criteria made up of the Over-Riding Nomination Criteria andthe Specific Nomination Factors, and is also referred to as “this Criteria”.

  • Antibody means a molecule or a gene encoding such a molecule comprising or containing one or more immunoglobulin variable domains or parts of such domains or any existing or future fragments, variants, modifications or derivatives thereof.

  • Clinical Studies means Xxxxx 0, Xxxxx 0, Xxxxx 0, Xxxxx 3, and such other tests and studies in human subjects that are required by Applicable Law, or otherwise recommended by the Regulatory Authorities, to obtain or maintain Regulatory Approvals for a Licensed Product for one (1) or more indications, including tests or studies that are intended to expand the Product Labeling for such Licensed Product with respect to such indication.
