Examples of Administrative Fees in a sentence
All Administrative Fees not paid when due shall bear interest at a rate equal to the lesser of one and one-half percent (1 1/2%) per month or the maximum rate permitted by law until paid in full.
All Administrative Fees not paid within thirty (30) days of the end of the previous calendar month shall bear interest at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month until paid in full.
U.S. Communities reserves the right upon reasonable advance notice to Supplier to change the prescribed report format to accommodate the distribution of the Administrative Fees to its program sponsors and state associations.
