Rate Increases. In the event that this Agreement is renewed pursuant to Section 3.1.2, the rate set forth in Exhibit “C” may be adjusted each year at the time of renewal as set forth in Exhibit “C.”
Rate Increases. The rates for the academic year may be increased by no more than 5 percent for emergency purposes by directive authorized by the University’s Board of Trustees. Rates may change according to approval of the University’s Board of Trustees on an annual basis.
Rate Increases. At its sole discretion, Company reserves the right to periodically update the applicable rate table for any future SOW.
Rate Increases. You expressly understand and agree that the pricing for video Services is subject to increase at any time. Should Astound elect to increase the price of some or all of your video Services, Astound shall provide you with at least thirty (30) days’ advance written notice specifying the amount of the price increase.
Rate Increases. The rates of pay for jobs included in the Job Evaluation Plan will be listed in Schedule A. The rates of pay for jobs not included in the Job Evaluation Plan will be listed in Schedule B.
Rate Increases. The rental rates are subject to change at any time, but generally the City Council reviews all fees in December of each year. If the rental rate is increased between the date that a park shelter is reserved and the date of your event, the new rate(s) will apply.
Rate Increases. For Services provided on a time and materials basis, VCG may increase its standard fee rates specified in the applicable Statement of Work upon written notice to Service Recipient.
Rate Increases. REGIONAL SAN’S Project Manager and CONSULTANT may negotiate an adjustment to rates effective January 1st of each year throughout the term of this Agreement, effective January 1, 20 , provided that annual adjustments shall not exceed a three percent (3%) increase over the prior year’s rates. CONSULTANT shall submit new negotiated rates to REGIONAL SAN’S Project Manager not less than 30 days prior to said effective date. For employees subject to State Prevailing Wages, annual escalations, if any, shall be effective the date(s) stipulated by the Director of Industrial Relations (DIR). Rate increases may only be initiated upon written authorization by the REGIONAL SAN Project Manager. Total compensation, including fees, expenses, and profit for services rendered by CONSULTANT shall not exceed the Maximum Total Payment Amount under this Agreement listed above.
Rate Increases. Employees in Wage Groups 3, 4 and 5 shall be rewarded for increased knowledge and improved performance on the job by step-rate increases at four-month intervals from the starting rate to the first step, from the first step to the second step, and from the second step to the maximum rate for the wage group in which their job falls. When employees become eligible to receive a step-rate increase, a review shall be made of their attitude and performance on the job. If satisfactory, the step-rate is granted. If unsatisfactory, the step-rate is not allowed, and employees may be:
