Inspection Fees definition

Inspection Fees means fees imposed for the inspection of construction of new elements of the District's water system or water Service Lines.

More Definitions of Inspection Fees

Inspection Fees means fees for inspections according to the fee schedule adopted by the City Council and in effect on the date of the inspection or third party inspection fees that are passed-on to the Developer. Joinder Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.
