The Borrower will also promptly obtain all utility installations and connections required for the operation and servicing of the Project for its intended purposes, and will furnish the Agent with evidence thereof. The Borrower will duly perform and comply with all of the terms and conditions of all Project Approvals obtained at any time, including all Project Approvals listed and described on Schedules 8.22(a) and 8.22(b) hereto.
Project Approvals. 2.4.1 The Airport Authority shall be responsible for obtaining those Project Approvals (as defined in the General Conditions) specifically identified in Exhibit PA as being the responsibility of the Airport Authority. The Contractor shall assist and cooperate with the Airport Authority in connection with obtaining such Project Approvals. Project Approvals. All aspects of the Project outside the current scope of work will require prior approval by the City Council.
Project Approvals. The Project has been approved by (1) the Local XXX, (2) the Governor or Lieutenant Governor of the Commonwealth as the "applicable elected representative," as that term is defined under the Code, of the Issuer after a public hearing held upon reasonable public notice, as required by the Code, and (3) the Issuer by adoption of resolutions including the Bond Resolution as required by the Act.
Project Approvals. The Project Approvals and variances set forth in Exhibit E and the Concept Plan attached to this Agreement as Exhibit D have been approved by all required City boards and commissions and the City Council and are granted by the City with respect to the development of the Land. Since the project comprises a significant land area and its development may occur in phases over several years, modifications to the Concept Plan may become necessary due to changes in market conditions or other factors. In order to provide flexibility with respect to certain details of the development of the Project, Owner may seek changes in the location and configuration of the residential, commercial, and parkland areas shown on the Concept Plan. Such changes will only require an administrative amendment to the Concept Plan so long as the Impervious Cover requirements herein are met, there are no reductions in lot sizes or increases in the overall density of the Project, and no net reduction in required Parkland for the Project. The City Administrator or designee shall be responsible for consideration and approval of such administrative amendments to the Concept Plan. The City Administrator may defer such approval to the City Council at their discretion, except that any decrease in residential lot sizes adjacent to a neighboring subdivision shall not be a minor amendment and must be brought before City Council for review and action. All the variations from the Concept Plan not deemed minor shall require a Concept Plan amendment approved by the City Council.
Project Approvals. Evidence satisfactory to the Agent that the Borrower has obtained all Project Approvals from, given all notices to, and taken all such other actions with respect to, such Governmental Authority as may be required under applicable Requirements for the permanent use and occupancy of the Improvements for their intended uses, together with copies of all such Project Approvals.
