Services Fee definition

Services Fee means, collectively, the Senior Services Fees and the Subordinated Services Fees.

Examples of Services Fee in a sentence

  • The Services Fee may be increased by up to $10,000 if there are material changes in the Conversion Regulations or the Plan, or there are delays in the Offering requiring duplicate or replacement processing.

  • The Services Fee shall be payable as follows: (A) $10,000 payable upon the signing of the Conversion Agent Engagement Letter, which has been paid in full, and (B) $30,000 payable immediately upon the completion of the Offering.
