NO STRIKE - NO LOCKOUT PROVISION. 6.01 The Union agrees that there shall be no strike or full or partial withdrawal of services during the terms of this Agreement.
NO STRIKE - NO LOCKOUT PROVISION. Both parties agree faithfully to abide by the provisions of Pennsylvania Public Employee Relations Act 195 and Act 88. As a condition of the various provisions of this Agreement to which the parties have agreed, the Bargaining Agent pledges that members of the Bargaining Unit will not engage in a strike (as that term is defined in Act 195 and Act 88) during the term of this Agreement, and the Employer pledges that it will not conduct, or cause to be conducted, a lockout during the term of this Agreement.
NO STRIKE - NO LOCKOUT PROVISION. A. A Neither the Association nor any member of the bargaining unit shall engage in a strike. The Association shall not cause, instigate, encourage, or support a strike, walkout, or slowdown.

NO STRIKE - NO LOCKOUT PROVISION. 5:1 The Association agrees that during the period of the Agreement, it shall not, nor shall any person acting in its behalf, overtly cause, authorize, or support a strike arising as a result of disputes over interpretation of this Agreement or any other matter over which the Board has jurisdiction. The Board also agrees that it shall not lock out employees for the duration of this Agreement.
NO STRIKE - NO LOCKOUT PROVISION. 20:1 Per Delaware law, no strike or lockouts will occur.
NO STRIKE - NO LOCKOUT PROVISION. As a condition of the various provisions of this agreement to which the parties have agreed, the School District pledges that it will not conduct, or cause to be conducted, a lockout during the term of this agreement and the union pledges that members of the bargaining unit will not engage in a strike (as the term is defined in Section 301(9) of Act 195 and Act 88 of 1992), during the term of this agreement.
NO STRIKE - NO LOCKOUT PROVISION. The Organization shall not engage in a strike, defined as any concerted action for the purposes of inducing, influencing, or coercing a change in the conditions of compensation, or the rights, privileges or obligation of employment during the period that this Agreement is in full force and effect. The District shall not engage in a lock out.
NO STRIKE - NO LOCKOUT PROVISION. A. During the term of this agreement, the union will not support nor authorize a work stoppage, slowdown, informational picketing, strike, or any other disruption nor interference with the operation of the district, nor will it authorize nor condone such action on the part of any member or groups of members of said Union.
NO STRIKE - NO LOCKOUT PROVISION. 7:1 Both parties recognize the desirability of continuous and uninterrupted operation of the instructional program during the normal school year and the avoidance of disputes which threaten to interfere with such operation. Since the parties have established a comprehensive problem solving procedure under which unresolved disputes may be settled the parties have removed the basic cause of work interruptions during the period of this Agreement.
