Common use of NO STRIKE - NO LOCKOUT PROVISION Clause in Contracts

NO STRIKE - NO LOCKOUT PROVISION. Both parties agree faithfully to abide by the provisions of Pennsylvania Public Employee Relations Act 195 and Act 88. As a condition of the various provisions of this Agreement to which the parties have agreed, the Bargaining Agent pledges that members of the Bargaining Unit will not engage in a strike (as that term is defined in Act 195 and Act 88) during the term of this Agreement, and the Employer pledges that it will not conduct, or cause to be conducted, a lockout during the term of this Agreement.

NO STRIKE - NO LOCKOUT PROVISION. Both parties Parties agree to faithfully to abide by the provisions of Pennsylvania Pennsylvania’s Public Employee Relations Act, Act 195 195, and Act 88. As a condition of the various provisions of this Agreement to which the parties Parties have agreed, the Bargaining Agent pledges that members of the Bargaining Unit will not engage in a strike subsequent to the execution of this Agreement (as that the term is defined in Act 195 and Act 88195) during the term of this Agreement. Further, and the Employer employer pledges that it will not conduct, or cause to be conducted, a lockout during the term of this Agreement.

As a condition of the various provisions of this Agreement to which the parties have agreed, the Bargaining Agent District pledges that it will not conduct or cause to be conducted a lockout during the term of this Agreement and the Association pledges that members of the Bargaining Unit bargaining unit will not engage in a strike (as that term is defined in Section 301 (9) of Act 195 and Act 88195) during the term of this Agreement, and the Employer pledges that it will not conduct, or cause to be conducted, a lockout during the term of this Agreement.
