NO STRIKE OR. The Board and the Union agree that there be no strike or lockout so long as this Agreement continues to operate. Strike or lockout shall be as in the Ontario Labour Relations Act. This Agreement shall be in effect from January and shall continue in full force up to and-including December and from year to year thereafter, unless either party notifies the other party in writing within ninety days prior to the expiration date that it desires to renew the Agreement with or without No change can be made to this Agreement without the mutual consent of the parties.
