Minor repairs definition

Minor repairs shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 4.10.6;
Minor repairs means the renewal or replacement of any existing part or parts of a building or structure, in keeping with its existing type of construction, arrangement of parts and occupancy for maintenance purposes, when the structural parts of the building or structure are not affected.
Minor repairs means activities that restore sections of the dam, spillway, outlet works, and ancillary structures which exhibit minor deterioration to their intended state and that do not require the alteration (permanent or temporary) of any facilities that would effect performance, operation or safety of the dam as determined by the Department.

Examples of Minor repairs in a sentence

  • The Landlord may require the Tenant to execute and complete the Minor Repairs within a period of fifteen (15) Business Days from said request.

  • In the event that the Tenant fails to comply with its obligation to execute the Minor Repairs, the Landlord shall have the right to access the Property to execute the Minor Repairs by itself or through a third party, at the cost of the Tenant.


More Definitions of Minor repairs

Minor repairs means low-cost repairs to existing equipment such that the scope of work does not require permits from the Departments of Licenses and Inspections.

Minor repairs means the replacement of any part of a building for which a permit issued by the department of buildings is not required by law, where the purpose and effect of such work or replacement is to correct any deterioration or decay of or damage to such building or any part thereof and to restore same, as nearly as may be practicable, to its condition prior to the occurrence of such deterioration, decay or damage.
Minor repairs means all minor running repairs to the Plant including electrical wiring, electrical switches, lights, oil leaks; daily servicing; vee belts, hydraulic hoses and the air-condition system Major Repairs (not attributed to abuse or negligence) relates to all repairs that are not Minor Repairs and includes Power train, Engine Assembly, Transmission assembly, Radiator, Torque Converter, Differential, Wheel Ends, Bevel Gears, all Steering Components, Hydraulic Pumps, Hydraulic motors, Pump Drives, Swing Gear / Bearings, Engine Couplings, Hydraulic Cylinders, Injectors, Oil Coolers, Brakes, Major Electrics, Cab Major, Minor/Major Repair classification will in the event of a dispute be determined by the Owner, Mobilisation Period means the period from date of transport to date of commencement of Plant working on Site, Off-Hire means the date of cessation of Plant working on Site, OEM means the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Operator means a person or persons supplied by or on behalf of the Owner to the Hirer or supplied by or on behalf of the Hirer to operate the Plant, Owner means the party identified in the Hire Details, being the person or entity owning the Plant, Plant means the plant and / or equipment and all associated ancillary equipment / attachments under the Agreement, PPE means personal protective equipment, Site means the project location where the Plant will be operating, Site Agreement means the Industrial Agreement at the Site where the Plant is operating, Servicing means OEM recommended tasks, procedures and schedules for servicing SMU means Service Meter Unit, Wet Hire means hire inclusive of Operator provided by the Owner. Minor repairs is defined as repairs not eligible for Federal reimbursement.

Minor repairs means, for any Individual Property, routine repairs and/or maintenance performed in the ordinary course of business and in compliance with this Agreement in an aggregate amount not to exceed $10,000.00 and which would not be reasonably anticipated to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
