Construction-in-Process definition

Construction-in-Process means cash expenditures for land and improvements (including indirect costs internally allocated and development costs) determined in accordance with GAAP for all Properties that are under development or will commence development within twelve months from any date of determination.

Construction-in-Process means, with respect to any Real Property Under Construction, the aggregate amount of expenditures classified as “construction-in-process” on the balance sheet of the Consolidated Entities, with respect thereto.

Construction-in-Process means, as of any date, the aggregate amount of costs incurred for any build-outs, redevelopment, construction, or tenant improvements of a Property on or prior to the last day of the most recent fiscal quarter of Holdings for which internal financial statements are available that have been capitalized to and are reflected on the balance sheet of Holdings as of the end of such fiscal quarter.
Construction-in-Process means any Real Estate Asset which does not have buildings or other improvements located thereon, but which is under development for the construction of buildings or improvements which will qualify as or will constitute Healthcare Facilities upon completion (or, to the extent any buildings or improvements are located thereon, such buildings or other improvements are under construction and are non-operational, and no certificate(s) of occupancy have been issued with respect thereto), and/or the budgeted costs associated with the acquisition and construction of such Real Estate Asset, including, but not limited to, the cost of acquiring such Real Estate Asset as reasonably determined by Borrower in good faith, as the context may require.
Construction-in-Process means a property on which construction of improvements (excluding non-revenue generating capital expenditures and excluding costs incurred prior to construction, all as set forth in related quarterly financial statements or supplemental financial information attached thereto) has commenced and is proceeding to completion in the ordinary course but has not yet been completed (as such completion shall be evidenced by a temporary or permanent certificate of occupancy permitting use of such property by the general public). Any such property shall be treated as Construction-in-Process until 12 months from the date of completion (as evidenced by a certificate of occupancy or its equivalent permitting use of such property by the general public), unless the Borrower has made a one-time election (by written notice to the Administrative Agent) to no longer treat such property as Construction-in-Process for purposes of this Agreement.
